Basic starting salary from £27,965 with potential to rise in role, plus £4,200 p.a. car allowance & fuel card (business use only).
Here at Orbit we like to go above and beyond. Our monthly bonus structure is uncapped. As a guide Field Collections Agents earn bonuses of £200 - £400 per month which could take your annual earnings total up to £35,765 (inclusive of the car allowance).

We have an operating window of
8am – 8pm Monday to Friday
9am - 1pm on Saturday.
We work a 40-hour week. 10-hours of which must be worked during our prime operating window
Monday to Friday 4pm – 8pm
Saturday 9am – 1pm.
ROLE:
As aField Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services you will need to be at ease speaking to our customers to discuss options that help them address their financial situation. You’ll be field based covering a region across Stockport and south of Manchester.
In this rewarding role we’ll support you to use your expertise and commitment to customer service to helping our customers achieve financial health. Your role will involve you:
Visiting our customers at their home address supporting them get back on track with their outstanding arrears
Your work will be split between water accounts and our regulated work.
Day to day you can expect to resolve customer’s accounts on a personal basis.
Taking payments, setting up repayment plans or reconnecting them to our clients to help them achieve financial wellbeing
Educating customers on the potential consequences of non-payment of their account
We’ll supply you with an iPad so you can update customers’ accounts with visit outcomes, so you need to be IT literate and comfortable using the iPad
